Morazon is an online marketplace that connects customers worldwide with Moroccan artisans and traditional cooperatives. We list and facilitate the sale of authentic Moroccan goods crafted by skilled craftspeople across Morocco.

Morazon acts as the commercial face of all transactions. Customers interact solely with Morazon; artisans and cooperatives are our supply partners and are not directly accessible to customers through the platform.

By using morazon.com / morazon.ma or placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian
• You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions
• You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order
• You will not use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

Morazon does not require customers to create an account. All purchases are made through a guest checkout. During the order process, we collect the following personal information:

• Full name
• Delivery address
• Phone number
• Email address

This information is used exclusively to process and deliver your order and to communicate with you regarding your purchase. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except as required to fulfill your order (e.g., delivery partner).

By placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described above, in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data.

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including photographs, colors, dimensions, and descriptions. However, due to the handcrafted and artisanal nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, or dimensions between the listing and the delivered item are normal and not considered defects.

Products listed on Morazon are sourced from Moroccan artisans and traditional cooperatives. While Morazon curates and vets all listed products, we are the point of contact for all customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support. Customers do not have direct contact with artisans through the platform.

All products are subject to availability. In the event an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you by email or phone to offer an alternative or a full refund.

To place an order, select your item(s), provide your delivery information, and confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order is successfully submitted.

By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected product(s). Morazon confirms acceptance of your order via a confirmation email.

All orders within Morocco are paid via Cash on Delivery. Payment is made directly to the delivery agent upon receipt of your order. Please ensure the exact amount is available at the time of delivery.

Refusing delivery without a valid reason after the order has been confirmed and dispatched may result in the customer being blacklisted from placing future orders on morazon.com / morazon.ma.

You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been dispatched for delivery. To cancel, contact us immediately at contact@morazon.com with your order number. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled but may be returned in accordance with our Return Policy.

Morazon currently delivers within Morocco. International shipping is in development and will be announced on the website when available.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only. Delays may occur due to remote delivery zones, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. Morazon is not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party courier services.

Our delivery partner will make up to two delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. You may contact us to arrange re-delivery, which may incur an additional shipping fee.

Our full Return and Refund Policy is available as a separate document on morazon.com / morazon.ma. Key points:

• 30-day return window from delivery date
• Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging
• Refunds issued via bank transfer (COD orders)
• Defective or incorrect items: return shipping covered by Morazon

By placing an order, you agree to the terms of our Return Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

All content on morazon.com / morazon.ma, including the trade name Morazon, website design, logos, product photographs, blog articles, videos, artisan stories, and cultural content is the exclusive property of Morazon or is used with the permission of the original creators.

You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, or use any content from morazon.com / morazon.ma for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Morazon. Personal, non-commercial use (such as sharing a product link) is permitted.

Artisan stories and cultural content published on our blog and social media are created to celebrate Moroccan heritage and craftsmanship. Any unauthorized reproduction of this content is prohibited.

Morazon publishes educational and cultural content about Moroccan goods craftsmanship, artisan stories, and heritage on our website blog and social media platforms. This content is provided for informational and promotional purposes only.

While we strive for accuracy in all published content, Morazon does not guarantee that blog content is error-free or complete. Opinions expressed in blog posts are those of the authors and do not constitute professional advice of any kind.

User comments or interactions on our social media pages are subject to the terms of the respective social media platforms. Morazon reserves the right to remove any inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content from its social channels.

To the maximum extent permitted by Moroccan law, Morazon shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website
• Delays or failures caused by third-party delivery partners
• Minor variations in handcrafted product appearance due to the artisanal manufacturing process
• Temporary website unavailability due to maintenance or technical issues

Our total liability to any customer shall not exceed the total value of the order placed by that customer.

You agree not to use morazon.com / morazon.ma to:

• Place fraudulent, false, or misleading orders
• Repeatedly order and refuse delivery with no valid reason
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the platform
• Harvest, scrape, or copy product data, photographs, or content without permission
• Impersonate Morazon, its staff, or artisan partners

Morazon reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and block access to any user found to be in violation of these prohibited use terms.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding an order, product, or our service, please contact us first at contact@morazon.com. We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and promptly, typically within 3 business days.

If a resolution cannot be reached directly, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Morocco, in accordance with applicable Moroccan commercial law.

Morazon takes your privacy seriously. The personal data we collect (name, address, phone number, and email) is used solely to process and deliver your order and to communicate with you about it. We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at contact@morazon.com.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, including but not limited to the Code of Obligations and Contracts (Dahir des Obligations et Contrats) and Law No. 09-08 on personal data protection.
