Buying Handmade Shouldn't Require Faith
Here's exactly how Morazon works — how we verify each maker, how you pay, how your piece reaches you, and who you talk to if anything's unclear.
Step 1
We Verify the Maker
Anyone can call a bag "Moroccan artisanal." We don't take it on faith, and we don't ask you to.
Morazon is curated, not open. Before a single piece is listed, we meet the cooperative or the maalem, see the workshop, and confirm the work is theirs and truly handmade.

Step 2
You Choose Your Piece
every piece documented, every maker named. When you find yours, checkout is simple: no account, no password. Enter your delivery details, confirm, and you're done.
Nothing Sits in a Warehouse
Morazon holds no stock. When you order, one of two things is true: the piece is already finished in the workshop, or it's made for you.

Made for you takes 2–4 weeks. The cooperative doesn't run a production line — each piece is cut, shaped and finished for the person who ordered it, one at a time. That isn't a delay. It's how the work is done.
You won't be guessing. After you order, we confirm — and tell you which of the two yours is, and when it will reach you.
Step 3
You Pay the Way That Suits You
In Morocco : Pay cash on delivery, your money changes hands only when the piece is in yours. Card and bank transfer are there if you prefer them.
From abroad : Pay securely by card at checkout, in your own currency. Your piece ships worldwide by tracked courier.
Before we ship, a real person calls to confirm your order, no automated lines, no surprises.
Step 4
It Arrives With Its Story
Whether yours was ready or made for you, once it ships, delivery takes 2–3 days in the main cities, 3–5 in smaller ones; 4–7 days for most international orders. You'll have a tracking link the day it leaves.
Every piece comes in the Morazon Kit:
- a card with the story of the maker
- a thank-you card from us
- an offcut of the leather your piece was made from
So what arrives isn't only a piece of leather. It comes with its story — and a piece of the leather it came from.
Step 5
We Stay With You After
Every order is handled by Morazon, so you always have one place to turn — while the maker stays in the workshop, doing the work only they can do.
If something isn't right, tell us — within 48 hours if there's damage, within 7 days for any other reason. Return the piece unused and in its original packaging, and we'll refund within 2–5 business days of receiving it. If we sent the wrong piece or it arrived damaged, the return shipping is on us.
