Morazon (morazon.com / morazon.ma) is an online marketplace for authentic Moroccan goods, connecting customers with verified Moroccan artisans and cooperatives. Morazon operates the platform and is the data controller responsible for the personal information collected through it. Morazon does not require you to create an account. All purchases are made through a guest checkout. To process and deliver your order, we collect only the following information:

• Full name
• Delivery address
• Phone number
• Email address

That is the complete list. We do not ask for payment card details — all orders within Morocco are paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), so no banking or card information is collected at checkout. If a refund is required, you may voluntarily provide a bank account number (RIB) solely for the purpose of receiving your refund by bank transfer.

Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, our platform may automatically record basic technical information when you browse — such as your device type, browser, and pages visited. This information is used only to keep the website secure, fix technical issues, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. It is not used to identify you personally.

We use your personal information exclusively to:

• Process and confirm your order
• Deliver your order to the address you provide
• Contact you about your order (confirmation, delivery coordination, availability issues)

Our artisan partners never receive your personal information. All customer communication and order handling goes through Morazon.

We process your personal data in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. Our legal bases for processing are:

• Performance of a contract: processing your order and delivering it to you
• Your consent: given when you place an order and accept our Terms & Conditions
• Legal obligation: record-keeping required under Moroccan commercial law

We keep your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill your order, manage the return and refund window, and meet our legal and accounting obligations under Moroccan commercial law. Once your data is no longer needed for these purposes, it is securely deleted or anonymized.

Access to customer information within our team is limited to the people who need it to process your order or assist you with a support request.

Under Moroccan Law No. 09-08, you have the right to:
